Summit Builders LLC is powered by a team with more than 20 years of combined construction and facility management experience. Our people have served as concrete foremen, maintenance supervisors, lead engineers, facilities operations managers, and directors of maintenance and construction — leading crews of 30+ across multi-site portfolios in Northern California. Together, we bring deep technical expertise in preconstruction, BIM coordination, estimating, scheduling, submittals, and field operations, along with hands-on skill in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and concrete work. We pair office-side planning with on-site execution — driving quality assurance, safety management, strategic planning, subcontractor coordination, and building systems (structural, MEP, and fire-rated assemblies) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Our team stays on the cutting edge by applying new AI principles and emerging technologies to improve visibility, streamline coordination, and elevate decision-making across every phase of construction.
